Care, treatment, and services will be provided without discrimination based on age, color, race, national origin, gender, religion, political affiliation, mental or physical disability. 

Consumers have many rights. When you began receiving services from ASPIRE, you received a sheet that explained your rights. If you feel your rights have been violated, or if you want to ask questions about your rights, you may contact one of the Consumers' Rights representative listed below. If you are not a consumer, but believe a consumer's rights have been violated, you may also contact one of the representatives listed below.
